Each fall the Northwest’s best family-friendly performers get together to host the “ultimate kidshow variety show.” This year’s event was held Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the Old Redmond Schoolhouse. Formerly known as the Washington School Assembly Showcase, the new name better reflects the fact that the artists are much more than school assembly presenters. As in the past, attendees of this year’s Showcase included parents, PTA leaders, parks and recreation coordinators, youth services and young adult librarians, as well as curious members of the public who wanted to check out the fun.
