With the unusually rainy weather we’ve had in western Washington it was nice escaping to the eastside to experience some SUMMER. Like last year, I visited the Whitman County Library in Colfax, the Neill Public Library in Pullman (two shows), and performed outside at East City Park in Moscow for the Moscow Public Library and Moscow Arts Commission.
The Neill Public Library has the most incredible Friends group. They sponsor several top-notch performers during the summer and local merchants donate door prizes for each program. I’d estimate that about 200 people attended both of my shows at the library, completely filling the performance space. Very impressive!
The Neill Library also has Kathleen, Youth Services Librarian extraordinaire who does a great job promoting all of the special events (posters were all over, and A-boards were outside both entrances) and even reserved a parking space for me. Nice!

- Reserved parking; always a good sign 🙂

It’s an entertainment double-header at East City Park in Moscow, Idaho. The Rendezvous Chamber Orchestra performed after my magic show this year and last. And, they are phenomenal.
Thanks to my new fan Judy Willington who posted many pictures from my visit to the Neill Public Library on Facebook.
