Washington School Assembly Showcase

Something special is happening on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at The Seattle Public Library and you’re invited.

It’s the second annual Washington School Assembly Showcase, an opportunity for you to see the best school performers in the area. Plus, each school receives a $50 off coupon good towards any one program they book that day. (But it’s good on September 26th only – so you or someone from your school needs to be here!)

Doors open at noon to meet and talk with the artists and presenters. The Showcase performances begin at 2:00 pm. There is time after the performances to meet with your favorite performers, ask questions, and take advantage of your $50 discount coupon.

This isn’t some boring conference like you normally get dragged to. Do you remember the funnest school assembly you saw when you were growing up? Me too! Those are the things you never forget. Well, those kind of people – nearly twenty different superstar performers – are going to be at the Assembly Showcase. Crazy juggler Alex Zerbe.  Magic man Jeff Evans.  Singers/songwriters Buck and Elizabeth.  Mr. Toymaker Rick Hartman.  Northwest treasure Nancy Stewart.  The one and only Pacific Science Center.  Recording artist Tim Noah.

We also have amazing people that you may not have heard of, and that’s what the Assembly Showcase is all about – bringing you fresh, new ideas to motivate and inspire your students.  Meet Eva May of Rainwater Storytelling.  Tap your feet to Bobby Medina’s Mariachi Mexico band.  See how W.E. C.A.R.E. Sports encourages kids to be their best.  The list goes on and on.  Read all about who is attending on the Assembly Showcase Directory.

Kids are welcome, too! The other performers and I make it our job connecting with students, and we want kids in the audience to make this a real show. Admission is free for everyone. Just send a note to info@assemblyshowcase.com with your name, school/organization, and number of people you’re bringing.  Or, call toll-free (877) 412-5064.

Please send this link to anyone you know who may be interested in attending. It’s FREE, and kids are welcome too.

When you RSVP you’ll receive a ticket at the door good towards one of SIXTEEN prizes provided by me and the other presenters. Last year families went home with DVDs, music CDs from their favorite artists, a juggling set, magic kit, and more.

Remember, you must be PRESENT at the Assembly Showcase to take advantage of your $50 discount coupon.
